Not happy with your new purchase after all? You have the right to return an item free of charge within 14 days of receipt of your order, without providing a reason (right of withdrawal). During this period you may look at the item and assess it as you would in a shop.
To be able to grant you the right of return, we would ask you to first contact our customer service team via +31 (0)36 52 10 130. Open weekdays from 08:30 to 17:00. Our customer service team will then provide you with the instructions for the return shipment.
